Pool D also includes Scotland, Uruguay and Portugal. Top two teams (and potentially best 3rd place) qualify for Round of 16. All kick-off times shown are local to each venue.

Our pool stage tour covers all three Ireland group matches across 18 days (1-18 October 2027), following the team from Sydney to Perth to Melbourne.
📅 Day-by-Day Itinerary - Pool Stage Tour
This is a sample itinerary covering all three Ireland pool matches. Final dates and arrangements subject to confirmation based on exact flight schedules.
- ✈️ Friday October 1: Arrive Sydney Day 1Arrive in Sydney and transfer to your accommodation. Welcome briefing with tour guides. Evening at leisure to recover from travel and settle in.
- 🌴 Saturday October 2: Rest Day - Sydney Day 2Free day to explore Sydney. Optional activities include the Opera House and Harbour Bridge, Bondi Beach, or a harbour cruise. Team meeting and welcome dinner in the evening.Optional Activities:

- 🌴 Sunday October 3: Pre-Match Day - Sydney Day 3Morning at leisure. Afternoon pre-match gathering and team briefing. Evening free for final preparations before Ireland's opening Pool D match.Optional Activities:

- ⚽ Monday October 4: Match Day 1: Ireland vs Portugal Day 4🇮🇪 IRELAND VS PORTUGAL 🇵🇹 at Sydney Football Stadium, Sydney (17:15 local time). Pre-match gathering, attend the match with fellow Ireland supporters, post-match celebrations.
- 🌴 Tuesday October 5: Recovery Day - Sydney Day 5Morning at leisure. Optional activities available. Evening group dinner to discuss the match and prepare for travel to Perth.Optional Activities:
- Blue Mountains day trip

- ✈️ Wednesday October 6: Travel Day - Sydney to Perth Day 6Transfer to Sydney Airport for domestic flight to Perth (approximately 5 hours, including time zone change). Check into Perth accommodation. Evening at leisure to explore Perth city.
- 🌴 Thursday October 7: Rest Day - Perth Day 7Free day to explore Perth and surroundings. Optional activities include visiting Rottnest Island, Kings Park, or the city centre.Optional Activities:
- Rottnest Island (meet the quokkas!)
- Kings Park and Botanic Garden

- 🌴 Friday October 8: Rest Day - Perth Day 8Another free day in Perth. Explore the Swan Valley wine region, historic Fremantle, or relax at one of Perth's beautiful beaches.Optional Activities:

- 🌴 Saturday October 9: Pre-Match Day - Perth Day 9Morning at leisure. Afternoon pre-match gathering and team briefing. Evening free for final preparations before tomorrow's crucial match against Scotland.
- ⚽ Sunday October 10: Match Day 2: Ireland vs Scotland Day 10🇮🇪 IRELAND VS SCOTLAND 🏴 at Perth Stadium, Perth (17:45 local time). This is the big one! Pre-match festivities, attend the crucial Pool D clash, post-match debrief.
- 🌴 Monday October 11: Recovery Day - Perth Day 11Morning recovery and discussion of the result. Optional activities or relaxation before travelling east. Evening group dinner.Optional Activities:
- Elizabeth Quay precinct

- ✈️ Tuesday October 12: Travel Day - Perth to Melbourne Day 12Transfer to Perth Airport for domestic flight to Melbourne (approximately 4 hours). Check into Melbourne accommodation. Evening at leisure to explore Melbourne.
- 🌴 Wednesday October 13: Rest Day - Melbourne Day 13Free day to explore Melbourne. Optional activities include Federation Square, the Royal Botanic Gardens, or a Great Ocean Road day trip.Optional Activities:

- 🌴 Thursday October 14: Rest Day - Melbourne Day 14Another free day in Melbourne. Visit the Yarra Valley wine region, take an MCG tour, or enjoy the city's renowned cafés and culture.Optional Activities:

- 🌴 Friday October 15: Rest Day - Melbourne Day 15Free day with optional activities. Take a day trip to Phillip Island, explore the laneways, or relax before match day.Optional Activities:

- Laneways & coffee culture
- St Kilda foreshore
- 🌴 Saturday October 16: Pre-Match Day - Melbourne Day 16Morning at leisure. Afternoon team meeting and final preparations for Ireland's crucial third pool match. Pre-match gathering in the evening.
- ⚽ Sunday October 17: Match Day 3: Ireland vs Uruguay Day 17🇮🇪 IRELAND VS URUGUAY 🇺🇾 at Docklands Stadium, Melbourne (14:45 local time). Final pool match - crucial for qualification! Pre-match gathering, attend the match, celebration depending on results!
- 🌴 Monday October 18: Recovery & Celebration Day - Melbourne Day 18Morning recovery session. Afternoon celebrating (hopefully!) Ireland's progression to the knockout stages. Farewell dinner with the group. Transfer to Melbourne Airport for international departure.

If Ireland progresses from Pool D, we can arrange extension packages to follow them through the knockout stages:

- Day 7-9 (Thu-Sat Oct 7-9) - Three rest days in Perth (pre-match exploration)
- Day 11 (Monday Oct 11) - Recovery day in Perth (post-match)
- Day 13-16 (Wed-Sat Oct 13-16) - Four rest days in Melbourne (exploration and pre-match preparation)
- Day 18 (Monday Oct 18) - Recovery & celebration day in Melbourne
